Another whirlwind of a weekend with no time to stop...I came in super-d-duper early this morning so I could throw together a quick recap!
Friday was Dye-day (as you can see from her shopping spree on my last post!) When the day was done, we were joined by Beau Peep and headed over to Tart for a light bite.
The best things about Tart? Four dollars'll buy you a decent dinner (so rare in the heart of Los Angeles...but you need to order from the sides menu!
Eye-catching details fill the outside patio. It was magic hour, so you know the lighting was prime.
The indigenous desert plants make for a colorful array of beauty.
This is just the wall of our booth. The patina that only time can afford is juxtaposed with such unusual textures here. The food is so-so (reasonable!) but the ambiance and comfy-wumfy booths really make this place a spot to come back to
Holly had to head home from there, but Beau came with me to pick up the kids and catch a movie: Drillbit Taylor. Pretty funny at times, but lame as well.
nice setup you have here! Keep it up!
