Today I made this pearlescent pink pumpkin cake (with shiny metallic silver accents) for Miss Harmony, who had an event at the La Jolla branch of her Bridal Bar franchise. Filled with fresh white cake and vanilla French butter creme filling with chocolate chips, this many-layered dessert safely made the 2 hour drive down South without a mishap. Yum!
