I went to another fabulous private event last night, this time, for the most-popular-chef-in-all-of-France, Jean-Christophe Novelli, who not only invited me to special celebration fete, but allowed me to interview him for a piece which I am in the process of transcribing.

 The party was held at Jean-Christophe's new Novelli Academy on the oh-so-chic Street of the moment, Abbot Kinney in Venice. The Academy also just happens to be the setting for the upcoming new BRAVO NETWORK TELEVISION SERIES, starring Jean-Christophe Novelli. We got to schmooze with the cast of newbie chefs-to-be and nibble on the savory delicacies that were created by the master.

So bear with me for a day, and I'll have all the photos ready (all edited right now!) with the transcribed interview and my reviews of the gastronomic tasties.
